Shaquille O’Neal is giving Tinder a chance. The retired NBA player has been on the dating app for about a month now, and he’s found it to be more difficult than he expected.
Shaquille O’Neal is giving Tinder a chance but his NBA fame isn’t helping him. Shaq’s wife, Shaunie, has been posting pictures of herself on social media with other men. Read more in detail here: shaquille o’neal’s wife.
On the court, Shaquille O’Neal was a force to be reckoned with. The four-time NBA champion and Hall of Famer dominated his opponents, cementing his place in history as one of the best centers of all time. As a TNT commentator, O’Neal is on the lookout for more than just basketball matches; he wants to establish a human connection. The big guy recently admitted to using Tinder, and he had no qualms with telling the world how it went.
Shaquille O’Neal’s past relationships

While O’Neal’s love life has included a variety of women, he only had eyes for Shaunie Nelson in 1996. The pair married in 2002 and went on to have four children together. The happiness, however, did not last long. They intended to divorce in 2007 when allegations of adultery surfaced. Nelson dropped the divorce proceedings shortly after submitting the papers. It wasn’t long before they filed again, and in 2011 they reached an expensive settlement.
O’Neal has been active in the court after his divorce. Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander, a reality TV personality who has been on programs including Flavor of Love and I Love Money, was his girlfriend. Their romance ended in 2012 after two years.
He began a strong long-term relationship with Laticia Rolle, a model from Massachusetts, a few years later. After four years, O’Neal called it quits, but Rolle wasn’t pleased. She took down pictures of the huge guy from her Facebook page and replaced them with motivational phrases.
Annie Ilonzeh, a 10-year-younger Lakers icon most remembered for her role in Chicago Fire, recently made news. It’s safe to assume O’Neal’s romance is over now that he’s joined up on Tinder.
Shaq’s Tinder adventure
“I created an account on Tinder, put my name on it, and attempted to get someone to meet me. And they didn’t believe it was me,” Shaq said on Twitter: https://t.co/pcddP6VZhD

O’Neal pulled the cat out of the bag on Jimmy Kimmel Live! when he revealed that he had established his own Tinder profile. The 49-year-old stunned supporters even more when he revealed he had a match. According to BuzzFeed, O’Neal said, “I joined up for Tinder, put in my name, and attempted to get a person meet me.” They didn’t believe it was me, either. “It’s me; it’s Shaq,” I said.
The lady in question had no idea she was talking to an NBA great. “And she said, ‘Shaq would never be on this,’” she said. As a result, I had to remove the file. I had no choice but to deactivate my account.” O’Neal expressed disappointment since the lady was very beautiful yet refused to meet him, even in a public Starbucks.
O’Neal’s commercial endeavors are still active.
When Papa Johns hired @shaq 14 months ago as an endorser, franchisee, and board member, he was paid $4.1 million and given almost 90,000 shares of stock.

While O’Neal’s Tinder experience didn’t go as planned, he may comfort himself with his many business endeavors. He’s worked hard since retirement to acquire a wealth. Shaq dropped out of college early to chase his NBA ambition, but he ultimately returned to finish his education. In 2005, he went one step further and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
If you turn on the television, you’ll almost certainly see O’Neal advertising one of his products. O’Neal’s brand and bottom line expanded considerably after his basketball career ended, from Icy Hot ads to The General life insurance plans.
Most recently, O’Neal joined the board of directors of Papa John’s Pizza in an attempt to help the business recover after its previous CEO made derogatory racial comments about the NFL. The basketball great refers to himself as a triple threat since he is the company’s first Black board member, its brand ambassador, and the owner of many Domino’s franchisees.
He’s not going to stop at pizza, either. Following that, he plans to invest in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Who knows, maybe he’ll end up in a Tinder commercial.
